In the "Phone book" menu:

"Memory place"

New entry

Store the phone numbers in the international for‐
mat.
Press the asterisk button until + appears on the
Control Display.
In the "Phone book" menu:
1.
"New entry"
2.
"Ok"
3.
Enter the name.
4.
"Ok"
5.
Enter the full phone number.
6.
"Store"
7.
"Ok"
Transferring entries
Contact data can be transferred from another
source, for instance an Outlook file, to the tele‐
phone in the rear via a WLAN connection. To do
this, connect a WLAN-capable mobile phone or
notebook with the telephone in the rear.
Go to:
1.
Start the Internet browser on the device.
2.
In the address line of the Internet browser,
enter the following address:
http://192.168.1.1
Page CON-SIA2 is displayed.
3.
Select the UPLOAD tab.
While doing this, adhere to the exact settings
and syntax for the source file as per the ex‐
ample shown. Each row of the Excel file is
stored in the phone book as a separate entry.

sired file.

Press the UPLOAD PB button.

Entry from call lists

Store phone numbers from call lists in the phone
book.
In the "Last calls" menu:
1.
"Numbers dialled", "Missed calls" or
"Received calls"
2.
"Ok"
3.
Highlight the entry.
4.
"Options"
5.
"Store number"
6.
"Ok"
7.
Enter the name and number and confirm
each with "Ok".
8.
"Store"
9.
"Ok"

Entry from a SMS text message

In the "Text messages" menu:
1.
"Inbox" or "Outbox"
2.
"Ok"
3.
Mark the SMS text message and confirm with
"Ok".
4.
"Options"
5.
"Extract number"
6.
"Ok"
Editing an entry
In the "Phone book" menu:
1.
"Find entry"
2.
"Ok"
3.
Mark entry and confirm with "Ok".
4.
"Edit"
5.
"Ok"
