Displaying contact pictures

Pictures stored with the contacts are displayed in
the vehicle when a suitable mobile phone is con‐
nected to the vehicle.

Voice command response

A connected smartphone can be used via voice
operation.
Activate voice command response on the smart‐
phone for this purpose.

Press the button for at least
3 seconds. Voice command
response is activated on the
smartphone.
The icon indicates that the voice com‐
mand response is active.
Additional functions
General information
Depending on the mobile phone and the instal‐
led apps, the following contents of the mobile
phone are transmitted to the vehicle:
Contacts.

Short messages.

Data transmission can take several minutes.
Certain functions may need to be enabled by the
mobile phone provider or service provider.

Selecting sources

You can choose, whether and from which mobile
phone the short messages should be transfer‐
red.

Deleting a conversation
Completely delete a conversation with a contact.

Highlight the desired short message.
2.
Press the button.

"Delete text message thread"

"Yes"
Displaying a short message
Select the desired short message or conversa‐
tion. The conversation with this contact is dis‐
played.
Answering or forwarding a short
message
1.
Select the desired short message.
2.
Tilt the Controller to the right.
