TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOMS
During setup the LED
continues to flash
quickly red-green.
During setup the LED
continues to flash
slowly red-green.
The red and green
LED are permanently
on.
The IR sensor does
not react.
The sensor does not
respond to the remote
control.
The sensor does not
unlock, even after
entering the access
code.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
LED
The power supply is too weak.
RED-GREEN
High intensity light (discharge
lamps) disturbs the sensor.

Internal problem
RED-GREEN
The IR power emission is too
low according to the mounting
height.

OFF
The batteries in the remote
control are not installed properly
or dead.
The remote control is badly
pointed.
The sensor is not powered.
The sensor requires an access
code.
You have to enter a code or the
wrong code was entered.
(Maybe it was changed?).

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Make sure the power supply is
stable.
Change the position of the lamps.
The sensor is defect and has to be
replaced.
Launch a new setup.
Make sure to step out of the
detection field before.
Verify or replace the batteries.
Point the remote control towards
the sensor.
Check the power supply of the
sensor.
Cut and restore power supply.
No code is required to unlock
during the first minute after
powering.
