Remove the Phillips M2.0×2.2 broad head screw (3) that secures the bottom cover to the keyboard/
top cover in the optical drive bay.
5.
Use a case utility tool (1) or similar thin plastic tool to separate the rear edge of the bottom cover (2) from
the computer.
6.
Remove the bottom cover (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the bottom cover.
