Ethernet Setup

Ethernet devices that are addressed by the control system may have their IP IDs set either in
the SIMPL Windows program or through the Crestron Viewport using a PC. Ultimately, each
IP ID is converted into an actual IP address through an IP table that exists inside the control
system. The IP Table is an internal list of information that contains the IP IDs and associated
IP addresses of all Ethernet devices in the program. The IP Table is accessed by the control
system to identify and locate Ethernet devices, for purposes of communication. Follow this
procedure to add the Serial Control Mouse Driver to the IP table of the touchpanel.
