Cannot Detect / Install StarterInk / Wrong Ink Color
Problem with the ink cartridge IC chip
<User Check>
- Check if an incompatible ink cartridge is loaded.
- Reload the ink cartridge.
- Replace the ink cartridge.
- Check if the wrong color ink cartridge is set.
