5 Troubleshooting
If you encounter a problem while using the printer, see the following sections for help troubleshooting
the issue.

"Wrap is not applied correctly" on page 47

Wrap is not applied correctly
Problem: The wrap did not fully adhere to the label.
Solutions:
•
The wrapping mechanism may not be revolving around the wire or cable enough times to adhere the
full length of the label. On the touch screen, tap Settings, then Print Adjustments, then Wrap
Count and increase the number of times the wrapper moves around the wire.
