General Problems

Problem
The MultiPASS has
no power
Nothing appears in the
LCD display

Cause
The MultiPASS's memory
is full.
The documents you are trying
to print may have too much
graphic or detailed information.
Cause
The power cord may not be
securely plugged into the unit.
The power cord may not be
supplying power.
The MultiPASS may not be
receiving power.
Solution
Print out any faxes stored in
memory. Then print one copy
at a time.
If nothing is stored in memory,
print one copy at a time.
Solution
Make sure the power cord is
plugged securely into the unit
and into a wall outlet.
If the power cord is connected
to a power strip, make sure the
strip is connected to an outlet
and turned on.
Check the power cord by
substituting another, or by
connecting the power cord to a
wall outlet you know to be
working.
Check the plug and be sure it is
firmly plugged into the power
connector and the wall outlet.
Open and close the front cover.
If the display remains blank,
unplug the MultiPASS, wait five
seconds, then plug it in again.
