It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed
order.
1 Check that all stop valves of the refrigerant circuit are open.

Possible cause: Closed stop valve in the refrigerant circuit.
2 Check that the refrigerant circuit piping and wiring connections
of the system are correctly installed.
Possible cause: Refrigerant piping and/or wiring mismatch.
3 Set field setting 2‑5 of the outdoor unit to 1 to start the indoor
units connected to that outdoor unit on forced fan operation,
see
"6.9 Field settings" on
page 188. If any of these indoor units
is NOT operating, check the indoor unit(s) that have power
black‑out or malfunctioning PCB. See service manual of the
respective indoor unit for more information.
Possible cause: Power black‑out or malfunctioning PCB on
indoor unit(s).
4 Check field setting 1‑10 to count the indoor units, see
settings"  on page 
188. If less indoor units detected than it
should be, check the indoor unit(s) that have power black‑out or
malfunctioning PCB. See service manual of the respective
indoor unit for more information.
Possible cause: Power black‑out or malfunctioning PCB on
indoor unit(s).
5 Perform a check of the indoor unit pipe thermistors, see service
manual of the respective indoor unit(s) for more information.
Possible cause: Faulty indoor unit pipe thermistor.
