Set the treadmill circuit breaker in the "OFF" position. Remove the AC line cord from the AC

outlet.
2. Disconnect the following LPCA cable connections:
o Disconnect the LPCA drive motor "M –"(blk) and "M +" (red) wire connections.
o
Disconnect the lift motor JK3 and JK5 cable connections.
o
Disconnect the speed sensor JK2 cable connector
o Disconnect the AC input "AC N" (wht) and AC L (blk) wire connections.
o Disconnect the Yel/Grn wire earth ground wire terminal connection using a #1 Philips
screwdriver.
3. Remove both LPCA mounting screws and remove the Lower PCA...
4. Set the replacement LPCA in its mounting position and fasten with the mounting screws (2x).
Torque the LPCA mounting screws to 120 inch pounds.
5. Reconnect the following LPCA cable connections:
o Reconnect the LPCA drive motor "M –"(blk) and "M +" (red) wire connections.
o
Reconnect the lift motor JK3 and JK5 cable connections.
o
Reconnect the speed sensor JK2 cable connector
o Reconnect the AC input "AC N" (wht) and AC L (blk) wire connections.
o Reconnect the Yel/Grn wire earth ground wire terminal connection using a #1 Philips
