  • Page 9: Setting Up The Low Impact Treadmill

    Setting Up the Low Impact Treadmill You do not need any special knowledge or experience to set up a M9.25i treadmill. However, you must review and follow the instructions in this manual. If you do not assemble and use the treadmill according to the following guidelines, you might void the Precor limited warranty.

    ® feature provides visual aids regarding your heart rate. The chest strap that you wear transmits a signal which is picked up by the M9.25i software and displayed numerically (when the Heart Rate indicator is lit) and graphically along the bottom of the left window display.

This score is nearly impossible to attain under ideal circumstances. It indicates that your heart rate is extremely low for the amount of work accomplished or the difference between the last two stages of the test that you completed was equal to or less than the previous stage.
