Diagnostic and maintenance messages

Diagnostic message
A diagnostic message is output for each diagnostic event, and the DIAG LED on the EX power
module flashes red.
The diagnostic messages can be read in the diagnostic buffer of the CPU.

Whenever it is detected that maintenance is required, a maintenance message is generated. The
