Understanding your BlackBerry
solution
You can integrate your BlackBerry Wireless Handheld into different
environments, based on the email account that you are using.
Integration with new handheld email
account
With this option, a new email account is provided for your
handheld by Nextel. This new email account is a personal Internet
or web-based email account that can be viewed using the
BlackBerry Web Client.
You can use the Application Loader, Backup and Restore, and
Intellisync tools of the BlackBerry Desktop Software. Email
redirection settings are configured on the BlackBerry Web Client
web site. Visit nextel.com for more information on the BlackBerry
Web Client web site and your account.
Note: Depending on your Nextel service plan or your integration
option, some applications or services might not be available on your
handheld. Contact Nextel Customer Care for more information on
available services.
Integration with existing ISP email account
With this option, your handheld is integrated with your existing
Internet service provider (ISP) email account. Visit nextel.com to
open a BlackBerry Web Client account. Before opening this account,
you must have a BlackBerry 6510. You must have your handheld's
PIN and IMEI recorded and your handheld must be activated for
monthly BlackBerry service from Nextel.
