ASSEMBLY Assembly instructions cover either 10” touchscreen or LCD console. For 15” Embedded, please see the console manual 620-8816 for additional wiring and configuration information. Required Tools: • Metric Socket Set • Metric Allen Key Set • Torque Wrench • #2 Phillips Screwdriver •... - Page 8 5. Use a 4mm allen key to secure the M8 x 40mm set screw (740-4593) into the mast. - Page 9 8. Seat Adjustment: To adjust the seat, support your weight, then lift up on the seat adjustment lever and use your legs to position the seat into a comfortable position. Release the lever and ensure that the seat locks into the desired position.

14. After connecting the console to the base, use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the console front to the rear shroud using six (6) of the 8-18 x 3/4” pan head screws. Fig. 17 15. Once the bike is fully assembled and is in its final position, adjust the rear leveling feet to ensure the bike is level and stable. -
