SCRAPER BLADE REPLACEMENT
Remove Scraper Blade
IMPORTANT: Save all hardware for reinstallation.
WARNING: AVOID INJURY. Before tipping unit
onto handlebars, drain fuel from tank and fuel
system. See Draining Fuel System on page 7.
Make sure unit is secure and will not fall.
1.
Stop engine, remove key and wait for all moving parts
to stop and for hot parts to cool.
2.
Disconnect spark plug wire from engine.
3.
Slowly tip unit back onto handlebars.
See Figure 89.
4.
Remove hardware securing scraper blade to auger
housing and remove scraper blade.
Install Scraper Blade
IMPORTANT: Scraper blade is positioned above bottom
edge of auger housing; not below.
1.
Secure scraper blade to auger housing with original
hardware.
2.
Return unit to operating position.
3.
Reconnect spark plug wire and fill fuel tank.
4.
Adjust scraper blade and skid shoes. Refer to
Operator's Manual for adjustment procedures.
IMPORTANT: Check all adjustments after first use.

HEADLIGHT REPLACEMENT
Models 920026, 920027, 920028
Remove Bulb
IMPORTANT: Save all hardware for reinstallation.
1.
Stop engine, remove key and wait for all moving parts
to stop and for hot parts to cool.
2.
Disconnect spark plug wire from engine.
3.
Remove hardware securing headlight to dash panel.

4.
Remove headlight from dash panel.
5.
Disconnect wire harness from bulb.
