REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLE

N.B.: So as not to break the spark plug, you should remove it first (5 Fig. 9).
To change the pilot injector, you need to unscrew the nut (3 Fig. 9) with a 10mm wrench and replace the injector (8 Fig. 9) with
one corresponding to the chosen type of gas as shown in table II.

REPLACING THE BURNER NOZZLE.

Replace the burner nozzle with one corresponding to the chosen type of gas as shown in Table II. Ignite the pilot burner (5 Fig.
9) by turning the knob (3 Fig. 8) onto (

REPLACING THE "BY-PASS" MINIMUM SCREW

Replace the minimum screw (1 Fig. 5) located on the cock with one corresponding to the chosen type of gas, following the
injector Table II. Fully turn the minimum screw or by-pass.
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.

To replace these components you first need to:
- Shut off the gas cock upstream and the water cocks.
- Remove the front panel with the knob of the cock
A) valve cock (Fig. 5)
- Unscrew the gas inlet (5) and outlet (3 and 4) connections with a 19mm wrench.
- Unscrew the pilot burner supply outlet (4) with a 10mm wrench
- Unscrew the thermocouple (2) with a 9mm wrench.
- Fit on the new valve cock.
- Check the minimum screw (by-pass) (1); it must tally with table II.
CAUTION: Check there is no gas leakage with the soap solution method.
B) Thermocouple (Fig. 9)
- unscrew the thermocouple of the pilot (1) with a 9 mm. spanner after removing the pilot burner support (2 fig.7)
- reassemble the new thermocouple and reassemble all the pilot group
C) Spark plug (Fig. 9)
- disconnect the high-tension cable of the igniter (4) placed behind the central panel
- Unscrew the nut (3) with a 10mm wrench.
- Install the new spark plug.
- Connect the high-voltage cable.
D) Piezoelectric igniter (Fig. 7)
- disconnect the high-tension cable of the igniter (Z) placed behind the central panel
- reassemble the piezoelectric igniter and tighten the internal lock nut.
- reconnect the high-tension cable
- close the lower door
