• Dismantle the tube;
• Remove the screw (C Fig. 12) that holds the group diskfl ame-
electrodes and pull out the nozzle holder (see Fig. 13);
• Clean the fl ame disk (D Fig. 14) and the electrodes (E Fig. 14);
• Unscrew the nozzle (G Fig. 14) from the nozzle holder (F Fig.
14) clean it and if necessary replace it;

• Mount the nozzle (G Fig. 14) in its holder;
• Remount the group diskfl ame-electrodes placing it at a correct
distance as the illustration (Fig. 14) shows.

CONNECTING THE CONTROL DEVICE

WARNING: Before beginning any maintenance operation
you must: stop the machine according to the instructions
provided in the paragraph "TURNING OFF THE GENERA-
TOR"; disinsert the electrical supply by unplugging it and
waiting for the generator to cool down.
• Take the cap off (D) the connecting plug(A);
• Remove the screw (B) and take off the internal product re-
move the internal part (C).
• Disconnect the wires from clamp 2 and connect the black wire
to clamp 2 and the white wire to clamp 3 with a bridge that
goes from the last clamp to clamp 1.
• Insert the internal part (C) in the attachment plug (A) and re-
place the screw (B).
• Insert the Thermostat plug.
• Insert the plug (E) of the room thermostat or of a different con-
trol device (timer).
