No operation indication
No audio signal
If problems occur that are not listed in the above table or if the
problems cannot be solved with the proposed solutions, please
contact your local Sennheiser agent for assistance.
Accessories and spare parts
Only use original Sennheiser accessories and spare parts.
ATTENTION:
Components from other manufacturers (e.g. for
power supply or accupack) may cause damage to
the units and will invalidate the warranty!

Possible cause
Accupacks are flat
No mains connection
Transmission frequency is not the
same as the receiving frequency
Transmitter is out of range
Transmitter is muted (MUTE)
Microphone is defective
