Probable Causes
A. External speakers are selected,
but there are no external
speakers connected.
B. Volume is all the way down.
C. The device being used to input
the music is not compatible.
A. The key sounds are not
enabled.

Recommended Action
A. Using the remote control, change the
speakers setting by selecting:
[music] > [options] > [toilet]
B. Using the remote control, adjust the
volume setting by selecting: [music]
> [SD] or [aux] and adjust the
[volume] scroll bar up.
C. Use a different device to input the
music.
A. Using the remote control, enable the
key sounds by selecting: [settings] >
[feature settings] > [key sound] >
[enable].
