should find out whether you can resolve the

"Care and cleaning" chapters.
If you still need to contact the service division,
Serial number (12 digits)
make sure that you know the model
designation, type designation and serial
Model Number
number.
Serial Number
The model designation can be found in the
stamped hole on the first page of the
operating instructions and on the machine's
panel. The type designation and serial
number can be found on the type plate.
