DESTINAZIONE D'USO
Il sistema di trapianto automatico montato sul semo-
vente, è concepito per il trapianto di piantine in pan
di terra cubico (3×3 - 4×4 e/o 5×5), è costituito da
un nastro alimentazione delle piantine al termine del
quale si trova un dispositivo pneumatico/idraulico che
separa le zolle e provvede alla loro messa a dimora
direttamente nel terreno, garantendo così la velocità
e precisione di trapianto.
FAST BLOCK è costituita da un telaio esterno montato
su 2 (4WD optional) ruote motrici e da uno interno
dove è alloggiato il sistema di trapianto.
La profondità di lavoro è mantenuta costante grazie a
un rullo che pareggia il terreno e trasmette la distanza
della piantina ai gruppi di trapianto.
La macchina è fornita di un sistema pneumatico ed
idraulico indipendente.
Il semovente è a trazione idrostatica a 2 ruote motrici
(4WD optional), equipaggiato con pilota automatico e
motore KUBOTA.
Altri usi sono da considerarsi impropri.
TERRENO
Si consiglia di operare su terreni opportunamente
preparati con erpici o zappatrici.
La buona riuscita del trapianto è anche dovuta ad una
buona preparazione del terreno.
Prestare la massima attenzione alle ma-
novre nel caso che i terreni siano in forte
pendenza.

INTENDED USE

The automatic transplanting system mounted on the
self-propelled machine is conceived to transplant
plants in cubic soil blocks (3×3 - 4×4 and/or 5×5), it
consists of a seedlings carousel at the end of which
lies a pneumatic/hydraulic device that separates the
sods and provides for their direct earthing, thus gua-
ranteeing speed and transplanting precision.
FAST BLOCK is made up of an external frame
mounted on a two-wheel drive (4WD optional) and the
transplanting system housed in the interior .
The working depth is kept constant at all times by a
roller, that evens out the ground and transmits the
planting distance to the transplanting units.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic and
hydraulic independent system.
The self-propelled machine is equipped with 2-wheel
drive (4WD optional), with automatic pilot and with
engine KUBOTA.
All other uses are to be considered improper.
gROUND
You are recommended to use the machine on ground
prepared using harrowing or hoeing machines.
Successful transplanting depends partly on good
ground preparation.
Take great care when working on steeply
sloping ground.
