C000 Shadow RAM Cacheable
The settings are Enabled (the 32 KB address segment at C000h can be cached in the 8 KB 80486
internal cache) or Disabled. The BIOS and Power-On Defaults are Disabled. This internal cache
memory cannot be write-protected. It may be corrupted by an external program. Before enabling
this option, you must be reasonably certain that the applications running on this system does not
write to the C000:0 – 07FFFh area. The BIOS Setup and Power-On default is Disabled.

F000 Shadow RAM Cacheable

The settings are Enabled (the 64 KB address segment at F000h - FFFFh can be cached in the 8 KB
80486 internal cache) or Disabled. The BIOS and Power-On Defaults are Disabled. This internal
cache memory cannot be write-protected. It may be corrupted by an external program. Before
enabling this option, you must be reasonably certain that the applications running on this system
does not write to the F000:0 – FFFFFh area. The BIOS Setup and Power-On default is Disabled.
