First, select the Excalibur operators to be reported. The
Operator list box shows all operators defined for the system.
Select either the "All Operators" check box, or one or more
individual operators from the list box. If the Operator
Login/Logout Alarm Events are not to be selected for the
report, it is not necessary to define any operator.
Next, select the alarm/control points to be reported. The
Alarm/Control Point list box identifies all defined alarm icon
points (camera, map, and other icon actions are not logged).
Select the "All Points" check box to report on all points, or
select one or more specific points from the list box. If System
start/exit and Operator login/logout Alarm Events are selected,
it is not necessary to define any alarm/control point.
Next, select the date and time period (From, To) for the search.
The default start date is January 1, 1993 and the default end
date is the current date. The time must be entered in 24 hour
(military style) format. Enter any start and end date desired.
The start date must be before (or the same as) the end date or
no records will be found. If dates are defined that are not valid
for the log file selected, no records will be found. The starting
date for a log file can be determined from the file name. For
example, log file "01011994.EXL" was started on January 1,
1994, and the ".EXL" means it is the current log file.
