Select EAP Type
PEAP-MSCHAPv2, MD5-Challenge
Choose the type of EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol).
User name, password
The EX/i Print Server uses this information to request authentication from an 802.1x
authentication server.
Validate Server Certificate
Off, On
Select On if you selected PEAP-MSCHAPv2 as the EAP type and want the EX/i Print Server
to use a trusted root certificate when communicating with the authentication server.
If you want the EX/i Print Server to validate the server certificate, place the certificate in the
list of trusted certificates of the EX/i Print Server. For more information, see Configure Help.
