9 Troubleshooting Guide

Main set power ON Power do not turn on

How to reset Factory setup condition
Turn on the power of main set.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
(Repeat the flashing of all LED twice)

Press the main set [Volume-] button, then continue press the [Volume -] & [Volume+] of remote control.
(All LED will blink three times, television LED will lights up)
Check [Panel]-[Main] CN6001(11P) & [DAmp]-[Main] CN5200(40P) & [SMPS]-[Main] CN1(9P).
The both end voltage of [Panel] power switch S6001 is press
Check [Panel] CN6001(2) 3.3V, CN6001(11) 5V.
Check [SMPS] CN1(5 5.6V [Main] IC2301 (14,97)
Check [SMPS]-[AC Inlet] wire & patterns solder.
Check the continuity of [SMPS] F1.
Check the IC overcurrent
Check the power (FAN,DAMP,+12V,+5.6,+3.3,+1.8V)
[Main], DSP & communication error of the microcomputer
[DAmp], IC of DAmp & communication error of the microcomputer
[Main], IC of HDMI & communication error of the microcomputer
Try once to "On / Off" the power of the connected device. Try to connect or disconnect the HDMI cable.
