Before removing the IR sensor board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly

Remove the IR sensor board:
1. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screws (1) that secure the board to the computer.
2. Remove the board and cable from the computer (2).
Reverse this procedure to install the IR sensor board.
