This product is HEAVY, it should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE
WHEN LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 60 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

  • Page 4 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Attach 12x metal dowels (A) into the pre-drilled holes on top/bottom panels (1) as shown. Use a screwdriver to turn fitting (A) clockwise to fix. Step Two Place 8x cam lock (B) into the holes on side panels (4) as shown, arrow pointing towards the bolt. Attach 8x wooden dowels (C) into the pre-drilled holes on side panels (4) as shown.
  • Page 5 Step by step assembly instructions Step Three Attach 8x wedgefix housing (D) into the pre-drilled holes on shelves (3) as shown. Step Four Place 4x long cam lock (BI) into the holes on divider (5) as shown, arrow pointing towards the bolt. Ensure long cam lock (BI) is pusched down firmly to base of drill hole.
  • Page 6 Step by step assembly instructions Step Five Attach panels (5)(4) to top/bottom panels (1) as shown. Ensure metal dowels (A) and wooden dowels (C) are aligned correctly with the holes of matching parts before attaching. Secure panels using a screwdriver to turn fitting (B) clockwise to fix. Step Six Position back panel (2) as shown, back panel holes indicate upper part.
  • Page 7 Step by step assembly instructions Step Seven Attach back panel (2) onto back side of the unit using 30x nails (F), with the help of the nail guide (G). Important: The cabinet MUST be ‘square’ when the back is attached. Step Eight (only for base unit) Attach support foot (L) onto bottom (1) using 30x screws (M).
  • Page 8 Step by step assembly instructions Step Nine With help of an assistant, carefully stand up the unit upright. Step Ten (only for base unit) Use 2x levelling wedge (GI) to level the unit. Step Eleven Fittings have been supplied in order to join units together. Place units together in their final positon.
  • Page 9 Step by step assembly instructions Step Twelve (only for base unit) To prevent possible overbalancing we recommend that this unit is secured to a suitable wall by use of two ‘L’ Brackets (P) fitted to the top side of the unit. Attach the 2x brackets (P) onto the top side of the unit using 4x euroscrew (O).

Attach the 4x brackets (P) onto the top side of the unit using 8x euroscrew (O).
