Software Update

Use Software Update to download new software to the RMM, as available. Software Update
supports two transfer protocols: TFTP or YModem.

YModem Update

To update software via YModem:
1. From the Software Upgrade menu, select
The YModem Software Update screen

Unacknowledged Alarms:
This utility programs the RMM. The VT100 terminal emulation
program used must support YMODEM file transfers and have access
to the software binary file (*.bin).
2. Select
Start Transfer
A series of s begins to appear at the

3. Use the desired YModem application to send the required binary file, and wait for the
transfer to complete.
