Use the number keypad to dial the number of the remote
fax machine and then press Enter.
Or, press Phonebook and enter the speed dial number or
one-touch dial number.

The display asks if you want to enter another number. To
enter another number, select "Yes" and repeat step 6. To
send to one location or when you finish entering numbers,
select "No." and press Enter.

The document scans into memory. The display asks if you
want to send another page. Change the page and select
"Yes" or "No". If "Yes" is selected, the next page is scanned.
Repeat this until all pages are scanned then select "No."

Batch Sending

You can use this feature to send faxes that are going to the same
location, in one batch.

Load the document you want to send in the Duplex
Automatic Document Feeder (DADF) or on the scanner
glass. See "Loading Document(s) for Faxing" on page 2.3.

Make sure that the machine is in the fax idle mode. If
necessary, press Fax to enter the fax idle mode.

You can use Resolution, Original Type, Darkness and/or
Duplex to choose the appropriate sending condition for the
document. For details, see "Adjusting the Document
Settings" on page 2.6.

Press Menu until "Fax Features" appears on the top line of
the display.

Press the scroll buttons until "Batch Transmission" displays
on the bottom line and then press Enter.

Select "On" or "Off" using the scroll buttons and press
Enter.

If you select "On", enter a Batch Interval between 0 ~ 99
and press Enter.
