Troubleshooting

If the station does not function normally, please check the following causes and solutions. If the problem is not
resolved or the phenomenon does not match the "symptoms" described in the items, contact the Property
Management Company, place of purchase, or our customer support center.
Symptom
The screen is white or displays white
vertical lines or rings.
The screen is a bit white or black and
difficult to see.
The Entrance Station or Door Stations
ringtone does not play.
The status indicator continuously
flashes during standby.
Troubleshooting
Cause
When sunlight or other strong light strikes
the lens of the Entrance Station or Video
Door Station, it may become difficult to
view. (This is not a malfunction.)
The screen may become difficult to see
due to the screen brightness.
Is the ringtone volume set to "0?"

Pressing may improve the
