Busy status indicates one of several states: the telephone
is busy (agent is on a call), the telephone is in
programming mode, or the Do Not Disturb feature is
active. For information on Do Not Disturb, see the user's
guide for your telephone.
To return to monitoring Available/Unavailable status, press
Message Status again.
