Monitoring Status Using a Telephone
without a DSS
In addition to Available/Unavailable status, agents have a
busy/not busy (on-a-call/not-on-a-call) status. The red and
green lights next to the Agent buttons on telephones without
a DSS show both kinds of Agent Status:

NOTE:
Busy status indicates one of several states: the telephone
is busy (agent is on a call), the telephone is in
programming mode, or the Do Not Disturb feature is
active. For information on Do Not Disturb, see the user's
guide for your telephone.
