7.13 To install a software update

Note: The headset must be charged to a minimum of
50% before you install a software update.
1. Connect the charger cable to the left earmuff. Wait
for the beep sound from the earmuff to make sure
that the headset charges.
2. Connect the USB to TTL Serial cable (A) to your
computer.

Note: Do not connect the USB to TTL Serial cable to
the earmuffs.
3. Start the CST software on your computer.
4. Select "BluetoothHeadphoneConnection" in the
"Product category" drop down menu.

5. Press and hold the forward button (B) when you
connect the USB to TTL Serial cable to the phone
jack (C).
6. Refer to the CST instructions on the computer to
install the software update to the headset.
Note: When the earmuff is connected to the CST, it
is in service mode and can not be used. Complete
the software update or close the CST with the USB
to TTL Serial cable connected, to get the headset to
operation mode. A beep sound from the earmuff
show that the operation mode is on, if the charger is
connected to the earmuffs.
