4.4.1. Press KEYPAD NUMBER 3.
4.4.2. Verify that the LCD displays the message
4.4.3. If this message is not displayed, repeat step 4.4.1 until the appropriate message is
displayed.
4.4.4. Press AUTOPLAY.
4.4.5. As each LED is illuminated, verify that it is free of dust, dirt and/or other
contaminants.
4.4.6. If any of the LEDs do not light, then the BRC has failed its LED (cycle) test.
4.4.7. Record the results of this test on the data sheet.
4.5. Switches Test
4.5.1. Press KEYPAD NUMBER 4.
4.5.2. Verify that the LCD displays the message
4.5.3. If this message is not displayed, repeat step 4.5.1 until the appropriate message is
displayed.
4.5.4. Press AUTOPLAY.
4.5.5. Press each switch (button) on the BRC front panel.
4.5.6. For every button pressed, verify that the LCD displays the appropriate function.
4.5.7. If any of the buttons pressed does not cause the LCD to display the appropriate
function, then the BRC has failed its switch test.
4.5.8. Press PITCH

4.5.9. If the LCD displays the message "NOT ALL TESTED", repeat step 4.5.5 until all
buttons and switches have been pressed.
4.5.10. Repeat steps 4.5.8 and 4.5.9 until the LCD displays the message shown in step 4.5.2.
4.5.11. Record the results of this test on the data sheet.
4.6. LRC Interface Test
4.6.1. Press KEYPAD NUMBER 5.
4.6.2. Verify that the LCD displays the message
4.6.3. If this message is not displayed, repeat step 4.6.1 until the appropriate message is
displayed.
4.6.4. Press AUTOPLAY.
