Solution
• Confirm that your wireless router is powered
on and wired correctly‚ and then move the
camera closer to your wireless router.
• Network traffic‚ network conditions‚ and the
network provider's settings or policies may
prevent the connection. Use your mobile
network service provider's wireless network
(3G‚ 4G‚ etc.).
• Confirm the wireless network connection
status of your mobile device.
• Try moving to another location.
• Wait for the network traffic to decrease‚ and
then try to connect again.
