Packaging tips

Our packaging is made from environmentally friendly, recyclable materials:
– Outer packaging made from cardboard
– Molded parts made from foamed, CFC-free polystyrene (PS)
– Film and bag made from polyethylene (PE)
– Straps made from polypropylene (PP).
Space permitting, we recommend that you keep the packaging for at least the duration of the
warranty period. In the event the device has to be sent in for repairs or taken to one of the
repair acceptance points, it is only adequately protected in its original packaging. Please recycle
the packaging if you want to dispose of it.

Device disposal

Old appliances must not be disposed of together with household waste!
If the device can no longer be used, every consumer is legally obliged to dispose of
old appliances separately from household waste and, for example, to return them to
a neighbourhood depository or recycling centre. Old electrical appliances are accep-
ted there free of charge. This ensures that the old equipment is recycled professio-
nally, avoiding negative effects on the environment.
For this reason, electrical appliances are marked with the symbol shown opposite.

Grease filter disposal

The used metal grease filter can be disposed of with the household waste.
The fleece grease filters saturated with greasy residues can be disposed of with the
household waste. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.

The used carbon filters can be disposed of with the household waste.
Disposal of gas pressure springs
Please dispose of the gas pressure spring in a professional and environmentally friendly
manner, e.g. at a neighbourhood depository or recycling centre.
