Operating card 3 = Installation
Display 3 corresponds to operating card 3 of the OCI600 and
assists in commissioning or setting up the central communi-
cation unit. The values displayed can be changed with the
buttons on the right.
Time of Day
Here, you can set the time of day.
Date
Here, you can set the current date.
LPB Address (Seg/Dev)
Here, you can enter the required LPB address for the central
communication unit. The address consists of 2 parts, the
segment number (Seg) and the device number (Dev).
Segment number:
The segment number is always 0 and cannot be changed.
Device number:
The setting range is from 5 to 8 (default setting = 5).
Bus Power Supply
The central communication unit has an LPB power supply
ready integrated. It must be set to ON if there is no other
central bus power supply. On the controllers, the bus power
supply must be switched off.
The following settings are available:
0 =
off (default setting)
1 =
on
Baud rate RS-232
Here, the rate of data transmission at which communication
is to take place via the RS-232 port can be selected.
The following Baud rates are available:
1 =
1200 Baud
2 =
2400 Baud
3 =
4800 Baud
4 =
9600 Baud (default setting)
