Recording Avaya CU360 meetings

About this task
Avaya CU360 saves meeting recordings in the MP4 format. The video stream is recorded in the
H.264 format, while the audio stream is recorded in the AAC-LC format.
You can save meeting recordings on a USB device or on the enterprise network. Avaya CU360
supports the FAT32, EXT2, EXT3, and EXT4 file system formats. When you save the recordings
on a USB device, you can transfer the recordings to an external server, such as a generic FTP
server or Avaya Equinox
To save recordings on the enterprise network:
• The Avaya Equinox
• The Avaya CU360 endpoint must be managed by Avaya Equinox
• Avaya Equinox
• The meeting must be hosted on Avaya Scopia
Server.
You must be a moderator to perform this task.
Before you begin
To record meetings in a USB device, insert the USB device in the USB port of Avaya CU360.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint, click
• On the web interface, click More Actions > Recording.
• On the endpoint, Avaya CU360 displays the Menu window.
• On the web interface, Avaya CU360 displays the Recording window.
2. On the endpoint, click
Avaya CU360 displays the Meeting Options window.
3. On the endpoint, click
On the endpoint, Avaya CU360 displays the Recording window.
4. Click Record in one of the following sections:
• USB: Save the recording in the USB device. You can pause or resume the recording.
• Network: Save the recording in the enterprise network.
