Updating Your System's Firmware
Before setting up your system, you must update your DVR's
firmware. Please follow the steps detailed herein. If you do not
update your firmware, you will be unable to use this QSG or the

Connect one end of the included
Ethernet cable into the LAN port on
the back of the DVR. Connect the
other end into your Modem/Router
to establish an Internet connection.
NOTE: You must have an Internet
connection before powering on
the DVR. The lights in the LAN
port on the back of the DVR will
blink repeatedly when the Internet
connection has been established.
