4) Align the fixing web shaft (winding side) with the boss and while pushing the boss , fit the other side of cut-off on the shaft with the pin to install it.

5) Move the fixing web toward front.
6) With holding the fixing web retaining plate downward, align and push the fixing web shaft with the front boss, and then install it to the other side of the
shaft support.
