Smoothies
Raspberry Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Mixing time: 20-40 seconds
Setting: Smoothie/Blend
Makes: 1.5L
Ingredients:
900ml low fat raspberry
yogurt
300g raspberries
(allow to thaw if frozen)
300ml semi skimmed milk
Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Mixing time: 40-60 seconds
Setting: Smoothie/Blend
Makes: 1.1L
Ingredients:
300g fresh strawberries
250g fresh pineapple, peeled
450g low fat strawberry
yogurt
1 scoop (35g) of vanilla ice
cream
150ml semi skimmed milk
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Mixing time: 20-40 seconds
Setting: Smoothie/Blend
Makes: 1.5L
Ingredients:
2x 450g cartons low fat vanilla
yogurt
2 ripe bananas, peeled and
sliced thinly
300-400ml semi skimmed milk
(according to taste)
150-200g good quality dark
chocolate (according to taste)
Method:

Using the scales, weigh and add the ingredients to the Jug in the
order listed. Stir well with a wooden spoon.

Select the Smoothie/Blend setting and press the Start/Stop Button
until the desired consistency is achieved.

Serve straight away.
Method:

Prepare and hull the strawberries, cut any large ones in half. Chop
the pineapple into chunks.

Using the scales, weigh and add the ingredients to the Jug in the
order listed. Stir well with a wooden spoon.

Select the Smoothie/Blend setting and press the Start/Stop Button
until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve straight away.
