STEP 5:
Assemble the Hydraulic Cylinders (9) to the Left/Right Hand Side Frames (2/3) and the
Left/Right Rowing Handle Bars (5L/5R) by using the Knob Bolts (28), the Washers (17)
and the Nylon Nuts (21). The Hydraulic Cylinders (9) can be adjustable, please use the U
Bracket (32) and Adjustable knob (33) to adjust the level, as the picture shown.
