Forwarding Message

1. Log in to your voicemail.
2. To listen to a new message, press P or press
3. After listening to the message, press G to forward the message.
4. Enter the destination mailbox number, distribution list number, or press 9 for personal directory
and send the message.

Replying to a Message

1. Log in to your voicemail.
2. To listen to a new message, press P or press
3. To reply to the message, press A.
4. Record you message after the tone and press any key.
5. Select one of the following options:
• To review the message, press P.
• To discard and rerecord the message, press D.
To append the message and continue recording, press A.
•
• To access the message addressing options, press M.
• To send your message and return to the main menu, press X.

Leaving a Message and Using Message options

1. Log in to your voicemail.
2. To listen to a new message, press P or press
3. To reply to the message, press A.
4. Record you message after the tone and press any key.
5. Select M to mark the message addressing option to the recorded message.
6. Select one of the following options:
• To mark or unmark the message as urgent, press U.
To mark or unmark the message as confidential, press C.
•
• To request or cancel the read receipt of the message, press R.
• To exit the message addressing options, press X.
7. To send the message, press X.

Listening to Saved Messages

1. Log in to your voicemail.
2. To listen to the saved messages, press P.
