Replacing The Control Board
DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE MACHINE AND
1.
Remove thumb screws & control cover (see fig. 1).
2.
Remove Five (5) #2 Phillips head screws (see fig. 2).
3.
Disconnect ten (10) electrical connections (see fig. 3).
4.
Re-assemble in reverse order.
5.
Restore power.
6.
If previously authorized by Traulsen, insert original control in pre addressed mailer
and return to Traulsen.
FOLLOW PROPER LOCKOUT/TAGOUT PROCEDURES.
