Reparaturstellung für die Leiterplatte Signal-Board
1. Die beiden Plastikhalter (A) entfernen (Abb.5).
2. Die Leiterplatte Signal-Board vom Basic-Board abnehmen;
vorher müssen alle Anschlußkabel abgezogen werden.
3. Die beiden Schrauben (B) (Abb. 5) aus der AV-Abdeckung
aus Kunstoff herausschrauben und die AV-Abdeckung durch
Ausclipsen von der Leiterplatte Signal-Board abnehmen.
4. Die Metallabdeckung von der Leiterplatte Signal-Board
abnehmen (Abb. 6). Den gleichen Vorgang bei der hinteren
Metallabdeckung wiederholen (Abb. 7).
5. Die vier Verlängerungskabel an die Leiterplatte Signal-Board
anschließen; darauf achten, daß die Leiterplatte Signal-Board
die Leiterplatte Basic-Board nicht berührt (Abb. 8).
6. Nach erfolgter Reparatur/Einstellung müssen sämtliche Kabel
wieder in ihre ursprüngliche Lage gebracht und fixiert werden.

Die Verlängerungskabel werden als Reparatur-Teilesatz unter
der Bestell-Nr. 396-90288.938 (2 St. / 13 pol., 270mm)
396-90288.988 (1 St. / 9 pol., 270mm)
171-90288.989 (1 St. / 6 pol., 400mm) geliefert.

Reparaturhinweis Signal - Board E 3000 !
Bei Fehlern auf dem Signal-Board gehen Sie bitte folgender
maßen vor:
- Nehmen Sie den EAROM (I 1943) aus der Leiterplatte heraus.
Das Gerät ist weiterhin spielfähig.
- Bekommen Sie jetzt ein stehendes Bild, ist der EAROM defekt,
(etwaige Geometriefehler bleiben dabei unberücksichtigt).
- Ist der Fehler weiterhin vorhanden, liegt das an einem anderen
Bauteil auf dem Signal-Board.
- wenn Sie das Signal-Board bei der Kundendienst-Zentrale
Kronach tauschen wollen, setzen Sie den EAROM aus dem
defekten Signal-Board in das Neue ein. So ersparen Sie sich
den Geräteabgleich und die Programmierung.
Wichtig!
Bei der Bestellung eines Signal-Boards bitte unbedingt die Soft-
ware-Variante, z. B. A1.xx ... C00550 (siehe Service Mode) an-
geben.

Service position for the signal board
1. Remove the two plastic holder (A) (fig. 5).
2. Remove the signal board from the Basic board, ensuring all
leads are disconnected.
3. Remove the two screws (B) (fig. 5) from the plastic AV cover
and unclip the AV cover from the signal board.
4. Removefrom the signal board (fig. 6). Do the same for the
rear metal cover (fig. 7).
5. Fit the four extension leads to the signal board making sure
that the signal board does not touch the basic board (fig. 8).
6. After servicing ensure all wiring is returned to its original po-
sition and fixed.

The extension lead wire kit is supplied as a service kit. Part
number 396-90288.938 (twice / 13 pol., 270mm)
396-90288.988 (once / 9 pol., 270mm)
171-90288.989 (once / 6 pol., 400mm).

Repair information for the signal board

If there is any error on the signal board, please proceed as
described:
- Remove the EAROM (I 1943) from the printed circuit board. The
TV is able to keep running.
- If you get a static picture, the EAROM is out of order (possible
geometry errors remain unconsidered).
- If the error is still there, it's because of another component on
the signal board.
- If you want to change the signal board at the service head office
in Kronach, insert the EAROM from the damaged signal board
into the new one. So you don't need to make the alignment and
the programming of the TV set.
Important!
If you order a signal board, please make sure to indicate the
software type e.g. A1.xx ... C00550 (see Service Mode).
