Viewing Supervisor Module Configuration

Slots 1 and 2 in the Avaya P460 Device are reserved for supervisor
modules. If two supervisor modules are in the device, one is active and
the other is on standby. If the active supervisor module fails, the standby
supervisor module is activated if the following conditions are met:
To view information about a specific supervisor module:
The Supervisor Module Configuration dialog box provides detailed
information about the supervisor module such as the module's ID,
description, and configuration.

• The standby supervisor module is synchronized with the device.
• The embedded software on the standby supervisor module is
compatible.
• The license for the standby supervisor module has been entered.
1. Select a supervisor module from the Tree View or Chassis View.
2. Select Configure > Supervisor Module
Configuration dialog box opens.
