Viewing Device Information

The Device Information dialog box provides you with high-level

information specific to the Avaya P460 Device. In addition, the Power

tab of the Device information dialog box provides information about the

power configuration and usage of the Avaya P460 Device and the

modules and fans in the device.

To view information about the Avaya P460 Device, select

Device Information

General tab.

The General tab of the Device Information dialog box provides detailed

information about the device, such as the device's name, addresses,

contact person, location, type, description, number of modules in the

device, and the management VLAN ID.

The Inband section of the General tab of the Device Information dialog

box provides information about the interface to the device router. The

Outband section of the General tab of the Device Information doalog box

provides information about the device's management interface. This

interface is used for managing the device's Layer 2 configuration.
