Commissioning of the S120 drives is not in the scope of this document. Refer to
the "Getting Started with S120 with Starter" to assist in the commissioning of the
drive(s).

A sample application referenced in this document utilizes the 2 axis SINAMICS
S120 training unit. The Red Wheel drive on the training unit is configured as a
speed controlled drive and the Blue wheel drive is configured for positioning using
the EPOS technology module. The CU310-2 can now be used with EIP and
telegrams in example can be used in with CU310-2. There is an example AB
Program and Starter program included for the CU310-2 if there is a Single Axis
S120 Demo or an application available.

Configuring IP Address of CU

The IP address can be set from Starter. Make sure that your PC has same Subnet
as address desired for S120 and AB PLC.

1. TCP/IPv4 Address for PC or PG

2. Use Accessible Nodes to Find CU320-2. Afterwards Set IP address for
CU320-2 or CU310-2.
