Install manifold gauges on the circuit to be chec ked. Shut
down the axial fans and wait for the HP s witch to s hut
down the compress or: 29bar (+1 / -0) auto-reset 22bar
- 0.7) Rec onnect fans . Switch off the c entrifugal s upply fan
and wait for the LP s witch to c ut out: 0.5bar (+ - 0.5) res et
1.5bar (+-0.5).
Chec k the fan blades c onditions and all fan guards and
protecti ons
Chec k the good positioning and operation of all sensors of
all sens ors. Chec k the val ues gi ven in the c ontrol s ystem.
Replace sens or if necess ary
Chec k the fr esh air grilles (if fitted). If dirty or damaged,
remove them from unit and clean with high pr essure water
cleaner. Refit on unit onc e clean and dry.
Visuall y chec k the c oils for dirt. If not too dirty, cleaning
with a light br ush may be enough (WARNING: Fi ns and
copper tubes are very fragile! Any damage WILL reduce
the performances of the unit). If ver y dirty, deep i ndus trial
cleaning is required using de-greasing agents .(External
contractors must be c alled).
Isolate the unit; Pull the electric heater out of the heater
module box and c hec k the resistances of tr aces of
corrosion; R eplac e resistance as required;
Visuall y chec k anti-vi bration mountings on c ompressors
and centrifugal fan. Replac e if damaged.
Take a sample of oil from the refrigeration circuit.
Chec k the glyc ol concentrati on in the pr essurised water
circuit. ( a c oncentrati on of 30% gives a protec tion down to
aprox. - 15°C) chec k the circuit pressur e
Switc h the unit to heat pump mode. Change the s et point
to obtai n the standard defrost mode and reduc e the c ycle
time to the min value. Chec k the operation of the defr ost
cycle.

Clean the i n-shot burners and the bl ower wheel lightly with
a brus h. Sweep the fl ue and flue box. Wipe-off the dust
from the housing of the motor. Clean c ombusti on air inlet
