Operati ng mode
Replace filters with new ones if dispos able. Vacuum cl ean
or blow the dirt. Wash and dry c arefully.

Bloc ked filter will reduc e the performance of the unit.
THE UNIT MUST NOT OPERATE WITHOUT FILTERS
Visuall y chec k the oil level through the sight glass on the
side of the c ompressor c asing
Chec k the heating resistance is fitted pr operl y and tight
around the c ompress or body.
Chec k belt tension (Info in IOM) Repl ace belt if necessar y.
Isolate unit from the main power s uppl y; Pus h the fan
wheel manually and chec k for abnor mal noises . Bearings
are lubricated for life but may need r eplac ement after
10000 hours
Chec k absorbed Amps on all three phas es; c ompare with
the nominal value given i n the electrical wiring diagram.
Start the unit. Trigger the smoke detector by movi ng a
magnet around the detector head. Reset unit and control.
Refer to the commissioning s heet; Chec k all set points are
set acc ording to this doc ument.
Chec k the ti me and date of the c ontrol
Chec k s ystematicall y all c onnections and fi xings on the
refrigeration circuit. Chec k for oil trac es, eventually a leak
test s houl d be conducted. C hec k operating press ures
correspond to the ones indicated on the commissioning
sheet
Shut down suppl y fan. T he fault must be detected withi n 5
seconds.
Increas e room s et-point 10°C above the actual room
temperature. Chec k operation of the piston. It must move
away from the val ve head. Reset the c ontrol.
Chec k all fi xings and trans mission. Stop the unit using the
control. T he fresh air damper must cl ose. Start the unit the
fresh air damper should open
With the unit running in cooling mode increase the room
set-point temperature by 10°C. T he unit s hould s witch to
heat pump mode. R eset the control.
Power down the unit and c hec k and tighten all screws ,
terminal and electric connections, taking a particular
attention to the power lines and l ow voltage control wires
